They are better equipped (in some cases) and soak up more damage (their only purpose). Just like the Royal Guard is in our great country of England. The Royal Guard is the elite of the Royal Army. If you don't, you'll be subject to rather lackluster supression. Kill them with a silenced weapon, and move on. The best part about them is that they're usually located in secluded locations that no other enemies will check. The worst part about Snipers is their bite. The best way to deal with Rockets is to pick them off before going loud, or before beginning your stealth run, so you're not slowed down by RPGs. Constant RPG fire on you will eventually kill you, or force you to move, exposing you to large amounts of gunfire. Another priority next to heavy gunners and hunters, they will ruin your day quickly. Armed with RPGs, they are only beat by a mortar. Molotovs have no other weapons aside from, well, molotovs. These enemies are the lowest of the low - they are not an issue as soon as you kill them with their own weapon.
They wish they could soak you in fire and chuckle at you burning to death, but more often than not, a rapid fire MG will ignite the molotov in their hand. 1.7 - Molotov (marked by a lightning bolt).Their primary weapon is a bow, dealing two bars of health of damage. Hunters in Far Cry 4 are extremely strong if they manage to get a hit on you with an arrow. Stealthily picking them off with either takedowns, bows, or silenced rifles should be your method of disposal, followed by releasing the caged animal in question. Hunters are your primary opponents in the game when you want to release an animal trapped inside a cage.
1.5 - Heavy Gunner (marked by a shield).
They have the same attack patterns as an Assaulter, and a strategy of a series of quick blasts to the head can be applied here. They are a step up from the Assaulter - armed with the same weapon (an AK47) but have armour that'll soak up more damage. 1.4 - Defender (marked by an upside down triangle)ĭefenders are Pagan Min's response to your continuious slaughter of all his troops. They rarely take cover, so, like the Beheader, can easily be dealt with at medium-long range before they become an issue. Instead of a knife, these lads are armed with shotguns and will quite happily charge towards you intending to turn you into mashed potato and tomato sauce. 1.3 - Bezerker (marked by a lightning bolt)īezerkers are almost completely identical to beheaders, aside from their weapons.A shotgun is just as effective, but would prevent you from dealing with other threats aside from the bezerker. Your preferred method of disposal should be an MG, allowing you to fire at medium-long range, and avoiding close combat with them. They lack armour, allowing them to be killed easily. They charge opponents, armed with only a knife. The beheader are crazed and bloothirsty psychopaths. 1.2 - Beheader (marked by a lightning bolt).Get rid of them with a few quick blasts aimed at the head, and move onto your next target. They have no armour, and are not a problem to deal with unless in large numbers. The assaulter is your very first enemy in the game. 1.1 - Assaulter (marked by an upside down triangle). You'll encounter these lads well up until late game, where they will slowly be replaced by the Royal Guard.
